Our Doctors

Dr. Jack Melms

Dr. Jack Melms was born and raised in Minocqua, WI. After high school he attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he graduated with a degree in Biochemistry. He attended Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating in 2024. He began his dental career in Madison, WI, but chose to return to the Northwoods.

In his spare time, Dr. Melms is passionate about hunting, fishing, and sports. He enjoys spending time with his family and his two golden retrievers, Mack and Maple.

Dr. Melms enjoys getting to know his patients and providing for all of their dental needs.
